Order Cancellations

Each Plush & Shine piece is handmade to order, we begin preparing your item shortly after your purchase is placed.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
