Return & Refund Policy
At Plush & Shine, each piece is handmade to order using recycled brass offcuts sourced locally in Sydney. Because every piece of brass is unique, natural marks, colour variations, and gentle patina are normal and part of its charm. If you’d like to preview your piece before it’s sent, we can provide photos upon request within 24 hours of placing your order — this ensures we can take note before production begins.
Our products are hand-assembled with delicate joinery and plush details. Small metal parts may occasionally loosen during handling or transit — they can be easily reattached by hand or gently adjusted with small pliers.
As each piece is handmade to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with photos. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will happily offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost parcels
Once an order has been shipped, Plush & Shine is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels caused by the courier or customs. We will, however, assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
International orders
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
